When you request a demo or enquire about a partnership, we use the details you provide to respond, arrange a demonstration or discuss a business relationship. Depending on the form, these details include your name, practice or company, country, email address, optional telephone number, website, feature or partnership interests, and message. Please do not include patient records, payment details or other sensitive information.
We record the enquiry type, submission time, the version of the privacy notice displayed with the form, and available campaign information such as UTM labels, the landing-page path and referring website. Campaign information is kept for the browser session only with statistical consent. Without that consent, campaign information available at the time of submission may accompany the enquiry without being kept in browser session storage. Short-lived hashed anti-abuse identifiers help protect the forms; raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead record.
Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress lead register, with access restricted to authorised administrators. Internal recipients receive a notification and the submitted contact address receives a transactional confirmation. Email is sent through the configured FluentSMTP connection. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for unrelated marketing.
Optional analytics runs only after you choose to allow it. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message contents are excluded from lead analytics events. Optional chat and embedded videos require functional consent. The enquiry forms can be used without optional services. Open Cookie preferences in the footer to review or change optional consent.
